SD front axle perches?

I know there are a few out there that have moved the perches on SD sold front axles to bolt into OBS trucks.

But, I haven't been able to talk to anyone who has done it....I have a few questions.

When moving the perch in on driver side, is there any interference with the center section? How about ubolts on driver side, I'm afraid that if I move it over I won't have room for the ubolt on the center section.

Thanks,
Justin

It was contact info for someone else, who might know about it.

I have found someone who has used TTB D50 knuckles machined for SD ball joints and a earlier model D60 Stub shaft to use D50 spindles and hubs inplace of the unit bearings.

I have one of these and a spare set of knuckles, so I am trying to get the info to install this axle in place of my TTB.... yes, I know that its mearly like putting a d44 in front, but its not an offroader, but a pavement pounder.

Thanks,
Justin

That sounds like way too much work, IMO, just swap the SD rear axle in also for disc brakes and bolt on SD wheels.

Awhile back I found a place online that had Ford unit bearing hubs with several different bolt patterns, including 8x6.5. It was a Jeep place IIRC, I'll see if I can find it.
