'08 Won't crank

We have an '08 that had the batteries unhooked for about 3hrs and the DPF pyro probes, after hooking everything up it powers up and you can hear the fuel pump run but won't crank. This was during a DPF delete, Any Ideas?

Got it figured out apparently when somone i wont point any fingers (me) bumped the starter relay wire when messing with the air box.

Who would of thunk
