Some of you may have seen the pic of my pressure plate in another thread. The pressure plate was loosing clamping force with the higher rpm's. South Bend received my clutch yesterday and it's on it's way back. The only thing Mansell said is it is a diaphragm style again and doesn't look the same as what I sent back. I know these guys are working hard to keep up as we all find more power.
They have always been there to answer the phone and my questions. Very good bunch of people. From the secretary that answers the phone to the guys in the shop. Thank You!

I'd say it's a twin. A tripple needs a spacer and new input. He didn't say anything about that. We talked more about the mud truck they are building with the 4BT. LOL He just said it's different.

Anywhere near 3500 to 4000 the pressure plate would start dropping pressure. They think the levers were actually releasing the disc. With BO and SHO mods to the injectors it's carrying 3300 down the track, 4th low. I want to do a nozzle change. I'd like to be at 3500. I can pull 1st high pretty easy on a loose track. I'd like to be 1st high on the tighter tracks for more wheel speed. All in all it's running great.
