hey boys how do i tell if the vgts are stuck? just got it back together from doing a new oil and egr cooler. up pipes and downpipe are sealed good. it has a loud whistle on acceleration and when your barely on the pedal with the vgts plug plugged in on top of the turbo and quiet as hell with them unplugged.. its also throwing the p2623 injection control pressure circuit open. i need some ideas

also the truck runs great but going down the road it will just shut off.

sounds like your ipr sensor. Did you unplug it by any chance while in there? If not the little metal screen on it could of blown out of the sensor

replaced the pigtail to the hpop and its still dieing intermintetly
