Is there anybody on the forum from Idaho who would be willing to pay a visit to ol' Doug Miller? He screwed me out of my money a couple months ago when I bought a W85 filter kit from him and there's not a whole lot I've been able to do about it. Idaho is a bit far from Georgia to be drivin up myself, but that's not to say I haven't thought about it. lol. Anyways, I've got a phone number (which he doesn't answer anymore, last time I got a hold of him he hung up on me as soon as he heard my voice), business address, and what I believe to be his home address.

man that hurts, and i know your not the only one who is out money.
the only thing i can say is,there is a universal accounting, and he will not get away with it.
somehow it will cost him,and somewhere you will recieve a credit
the universe keeps things straight...

yeah I've talked to another fella who got screwed too and neither of us have been able to do much. I filed a BBB complaint against his business and a postal service fraud investigation complaint. But I learned that in order to file in small claims court, I'd have to do it in his home county and it's not worth it to me to go to court in Idaho.

I would post this in the smack talk section. I'm sure the PSN family that live in his area would be willing to help you out.

main reason i posted it here is cause Doug posted here in alternative fuels and pissed some folks off so i hoped some people would remember him

Man that sucks! Was it a complete kit turn key kit? I know you probably already have gotten a replacement, but I went with PA Biodiesel and have been more than pleased! Customer service is great and the product is even better!

well I actually haven't got a replacement yet, I've just been dreading spending the money which I've already spent. I'll look into them. thanks. and yeah, it was supposed to include filters, hoses, pump, etc.

You can make your own waste oil processor for a lot less than Doug was selling, and end up with a much better one. And, you can order direct from reputable companies, as I have done.
Waste oil processor parts list
1 ea. 20 to 30 gallon compressor tank with bell-shaped ends and 2 fittings on both ends for processor tank.
1 ea. 5 to 10 gallon compressor tank with bell-shaped ends and 2 fittings on both ends for back-flushing your filters.
Contact local air compressor repair shops, because they have piles of them.
